Step B - Go to Your Appointment
Fill out the form properly.
Attend the appointment (in-person or online).
Wait 24 hours after receiving your marriage license before you can have your ceremony.Option A - Your Mesader Kiddushin is Registered
If your rabbi (the mesader kiddushin) is registered with NYC:
He can sign the marriage license at the ceremony.
Option B - You Are Applying After the Chuppah
If you already had your chuppah:
Your mesader kiddushin may not be allowed to sign.
Instead, contact Rabbi Kasriel Kastel

3. Mail the License Back
Mail the completed and signed marriage license to the City Clerk within 5 business days
You will receive your official marriage certificate in the mail.
One should know that the Rebbetzin had a wedding album. (See here)
60–80 photos for a 30-page book.
$20 fee for sorting through photos.
